Our office provides VIRTUAL MEDIATIONS for all attendees.  In person mediations are available upon request.  If you would like to book an in-person mediation, please email our office at Kelli@KelliLMitchell.com to request a specific date and time.​

Virtual Mediations will take place securely and privately via the Zoom platform.  Attendees will receive the login credentials prior to the date of the scheduled mediation, which will include a Meeting ID and Password to ensure confidentiality.

All settlement agreements entered into during a virtual mediation will be signed via DocuSign, unless other arrangements have been made at least a week prior to mediation.

Payment is due and expected at the time of mediation.  Our hourly rate is $250 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum.  If attendees, including counsel and/or parties, have any questions about payment or the hourly rates, please contact our office prior to booking your mediation at Kelli@KelliLMitchell.com. Our office REQUIRES at least 24 hours' notice prior to any cancellations or schedule changes.  All schedule changes and cancellations that occur less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled mediation date are subject to the 2-hour minimum charge.

To reserve a specific date and time for your mediation, please select an available day and time listed on the calendar below, then fill out the form at the bottom of the calendar with the requested information. Confirmation of your requested date and time will be emailed by our office to counsel and/or self-represented parties upon approval, along with the Zoom Link, Meeting ID, and Password.
